"Wonderful stay. Kind staff at breakfast and dinner, all were amazing. Check in had a few blips with the system picking up the wrong number of people and the wrong room but was quickly fixed. One point I would make is it’s incredibly difficult to find the hotels parking - no signposting meant we went into another much more expensive parking lot. I would definitely stay again, the staff and cleanliness make it a no brainer."

"The hotel could need a update, Many small items was broken and a cleaning of the outside facade of the hotel is needed. It was nearly possibly to look out the windows due to a thind layer of dirt. The staff was very good, really good from reception, the restaurant to the staff cleaning the rooms. Our Room was very clean."

"It was a great place to stay to be close to our event we did there. Our room had issues with the shower drain not going down fast enough, so water got all over the bathroom floor. The AC vent flap wouldn't stay up so we had to use thick paper to shove in the side to help it stay up."

"The TV in the room did not work because of internet. Everyday was a struggle to get the TV to work. You can hear everything from the apartments in the next room. On the first day I asked to checkout later at 2pm they said I need to pay for a full day but I can check out latest at noon. The receptionist did not say I needed to pay extra for this. So on the day of check out they stopped the card for the room so I couldn't go back inside after 10am but I asked to check out at Noon. At 10:30am the...

"The apartment was not clean at all. 136 self catering. Had to put my all my food in the fridge because of the cockroaches that were all over the apartment. The towels looked like they were from white to cream white. My main bedroom shower water had no pressure at all, had to shower for over 45 minutes in order to feel clean. Had to complain to be changed "

"We were fine, just plates for microwave too big, no knifes and forks, no spoons if needed in the room, freezer was full of ice blocked, safe key issue, toilet was leaking, had to put towels on floor otherwise all good for better future, management was helpful thank you "

"Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast. Within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach. Well maintained and so comfortable guest house. Would definitely recommend."
