"needs more amenities such tooth bush"

"Rooms were huge, lovely bath in bathroom as well. But the man at the reception was amazing. Had alot of information about places to see and recomendations and even went out of his way to get more for us. Would def recommend this place"

"Nice old hotel, unfortunately the beautiful balconies are not safe for guests. The first room we were offered had a strong smell of cleaning products and the windows didn’t open. However the helpful staff provided a different room which was very comfortable."

"The location is good, the size of the room is great with good condition."

"Good stay"

"We were blown away by our stay in this wonderful property. It is small boutique hotel which has been immaculately restored by the owners. We had a suite consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. It was well equipped, warm and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the adjacent Commodore Hotel and the food was very good. This is one of the best places we have stayed in on our Australia trip."

This is not a 5 star rated premises (probably 3-4 star rating) but it is 5 star for the price. This will be my first choice in future when in Mount Gambier."

"This was a great experience, a must do"

"Amazing place to stay"

"Clean room. We were in deluxe. Good value ."

We simply wanted to extend our stay for one night, but due to poor communication between reception and staff, the owner turned up at our door without even knocking and rudely demanded why we were still there, insisting we pay first. We had absolutely no issue paying, but his arrogant, grumpy and disrespectful attitude was completely unnecessary. Such disgraceful customer service from someone running a hospitality business! A...
