"The bathroom equipment was very old! The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and plenty of bugs were running around. Stuff friendly and parking good. We didn’t have breakfast because we checked out immediately after sawing the accommodation."

For me, it's all in the little details... sheraton bath robes, luxury toiletries, a hand-written welcome note, complimentary snacks, drinks and breakfast. A beautiful, warm welcome and incredibly comfy beds in a well-appointed and stylish room. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"CABN Hahndorf is a beautiful concept and offers a peaceful escape in the Adelaide Hills. The cabin is thoughtfully designed, private, and perfect for a short digital-detox style getaway. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was fantastic, and the bed and pillows were comfortable and good quality—although the cabin bed could have been a little warmer, especially on cooler nights. One minor issue was the window fly wire screen kept falling on us so we had to temporarily jam it with paper towel. At the premium price point, however, a few additional touches would elevate the experience and make it feel like better value. Small inclusions such as a welcome hamper with local Adelaide Hills produce, fresh milk, or a few complimentary snacks would make a nice difference. Thoughtful extras like plush robes, locally made toiletries, or a short guide highlighting nearby wineries, walks, and local spots would also enhance the stay. Overall, it’s a lovely and relaxing experience, but a few extra touches would make it feel truly premium."

"This was a completely random find by us. These villas are part of a cooking school, but we were just there for the room. This was the most beautiful villa we've ever stayed at. It was beautiful, stunning architecture, beautifully furnished, it had an amazing complete designer kitchen which we didn't use, but which would be handy for longer stays, and it was not all that expensive. The nearby town had cute restaurants etc. Even though it's not quite in Adelaide, it's close enough, and well worth the very short drive. I would go back next time I'm in Adelaide area. I'd give it a 10/10. "
