"The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look. There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more. "The rooms we had were adequately clean but some issues with heaters not working and when it was 1 degree outside, we needed the heaters. Not a fan of the open showers as water leaks everywhere but it was above a spa bath which we did not use. The owners were very pleasant and eager to help if we had issues."
