We were greeted with a drink and cookie upon check-in, then upgraded to a four-bedroom villa with a private pool which was incredible and so appreciated. "Really nice rustic accommodation. We really enjoyed the natural elements of the traditional stilted bungalow. We had gekko running around inside, and squirrels, cats, dogs playing outside. The outdoor bathroom is a really nice touch. Staff were super friendly and kind, they would deliver complimentary ice water and fruit when we were swimming in the pool. Housekeeping kept the place tidy, but we didn’t ever meet them. If your after something different from your usual sterile unremarkable hotel...

"The room was just as pictured - and it was kept that way by the friendly staff.Looking out of the room at our private pool was better than looking at the sea - the beach was about15 minutes' walk away - with pristine white sand and clear blue water. Within that walk were eateries of every possible kind, from street food cooked over an open flame to posh hotel restaurants. Easy to get around using taxis. A return trip to the island would be to Maneh Villas."
