Only near-issue we had was the property management being unable to sms parking and check-in information to me as there was an issue with the way it came through from Wotif. Property management was happy and able to assist and make other arrangements when I called. Note office hours if late check in is required - seamless process once contacted."

"We stayed in a cabin, essentially brand new. The layout was great and spacious, bathroom was roomy and the cabin was super clean. We accidentally left an item behind and this incident led to a true reflection of the staff and business-nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! They went to all efforts to find said item, and then were able to post back to us without any fuss. What was an ‘ordinary’ overnight stay which was great, turned into a really positive interaction with the team at the caravan park."
