"Overall, great place to stay. We came with family and hung out by the fire pit and played Jenga by the BBQ. rooms were spacious and clean. There is no front desk, which is fine, and they have a 800 number to call with questions and someone always answers. We weren't really accustomed to this and needed towels, but no none was at the hotel. we managed, so not that big of a deal. we will def stay here again next Shasta visit. "

"Terrific!! Very safe for a woman alone…lodge had a restaurant and the laundry came in handy! Got a massage at the spa…wonderful! There were trails right nearby…even a beautiful path along the lake right outside the chalet and the views of Mount Shasta are breathtaking!! "

"It is a small room, but it is clean and very quiet. Located in the heart of Shasta City, it is conveniently within walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. The room key is retrieved from a key box, so you don’t have to meet hotel staff, which provides good privacy. However, I needed a band-aid and a spoon, so I asked the woman at the front desk—who I believe is the owner—and she kindly brought them to me.
