Search Hotels with Pool in Mount Sterling

"I guess this is a big oversight on my part, but when I booked the room, I saw that it had a complimentary breakfast included with our stay and a very nice-looking breakfast area from the pictures. Almost all hotels include a hot breakfast, so I just assumed that is what this hotel also offered. We were disappointed to go down in the morning and only have a cold breakfast (cereal, bagels, yogurt). Again, an oversight on my part, but we were really wanting a hot breakfast with some protein in it, so we went to Cracker Barrel instead. Otherwise, we had no issues with our stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable."

"I was there Thursday through Sunday. Room was clean, front desk very friendly, but breakfast was not monitored very well. Hot items not refilled, one morning not any fresh fruit, twice no hot water for tea and three out of four coffees were empty. No one wiping down tables. You had to actively look for help, no one was ever coming out and checking surroundings"

"We checked in very late. When we got to room our door was open. We called no answered so we went in. The was a wet spot on the bed that was soaked clear to the mattress. When checking in the desk employee told us we were getting the last rook so we took off all the bedding thinking one of could maybe sleep on the dry side. However we didnt sleep at all because we kept wondering what had gone on. So at 7am we went down and tols them we were checking out (we had a two night reservation) and we wanted a refund. They told us there was nothing they could do because we had booked through a 3rd party. We contacted the booking company who contacted the hotel and reported back that the hotel said they would not give us a refund. We stay in a lot of hotels and thia was the worst one in a very long time. Would not recommend. "

"There was no light in the bathroom"

"Neither the TV nor the phone worked in my room. A staff member came up and unplugged both and then plugged them back in hoping that would work (it didn't) but stated that they had no maintenance staff in the evenings and could not fix either during my one night stay. "

"Great stay! Visited Keeneland. Stayed for 1 night. Small bathroom space. Everything was clean and in excellent working condition. Would stay again... :) "

"Great place to relax,beautiful hiking trails.There is a nice outdoor pool and park.Hotel has a restaurant on site,free breakfast,great options for lunch and dinner.There is a nice picnic area close to the hotel."

"It was a wonderful stay. Comfortable room. The A/C fan ran continuously which is a big deal to me. The bathroom was functional and the television was easy to use. Great location."
