Hotel murah di Mount Ulla

"Staff told me I had to vacate the area because my son was too loud and the room was a mess. I was told it was extensive cleaning needed, however wet toilet paper can be swept up. I don’t mind paying the incidental fee, that was actually $250, but staff said it was $200. What I mind was being told this at 8pm. Could have called or contacted me prior to the evening. When asked if I was going to get reimbursed for the remaining night, I was told since I booked through Expedia, I would have to...

"A short stay here while purchasing a vehicle. It is a very clean and renovated hotel. There was a lot of thought that went into the little touches this hotel offers. The bathroom mirror had a fog free section. Soaps, shampoos and lotion are lavender scented to help aid in sleep. Bottles of water and a few snacks were a plus. The A/C has constant fan. The front desk staff was friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean. Air conditioner was not powerful when outside heats up above 90. Breakfast was namesake. Only waffle and coffee. There should be controlled smoking area. For non smokers it was a terrible experience."

"Linens on bed were thin. Air conditioning took for ever to cool room and was really dirty. No soap in dispenser in shower. Breakfast was good."

"The hotel staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The property was pretty beat up including guest rooms and especially hallway and lobby furnishings. There were layers of stains on the chairs in the breakfast area. Again, the staff was great and worked hard to make our experience pleasant, including bringing us extra blankets in the evening and keeping the breakfast buffet stocked. The hotel ownership needs to invest in the property to go with the amazing people who work there."

"The front lobby was closed so no one was there to greet the guest which led me to try and find another hotel on short notice. The front desk eventually opened up but then closed shortly after checking me and my family in. There was no staff on site to assist the guest. The security was not there because the doors remained unlocked all night. The room didn’t have any soap lotion cups plates iron, ironing board, or any other amenities. "This place was wonderful and much better than we expected considering how cheap it was! I 1000% recommend this place!"

"Hotel was exceptionally comfortable. Bed was great, air conditioning functioned flawlessly for the two days I was there and each day experienced mid 90° temperature. The outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also exceptional. Hot fare included scrambled eggs, sausage patties one day and links the next. Waffles and toast were also available. For the price, it was hard to beat."

"First time saying at this hotel. Rooms were dirty, floors in bathroom dirty, felt like they only make the bed and wipe nothing down. Toilet was clogged when we checked in. Staff gave us a clearly dirty plunger in a bag to unclog our self. sections of the wall paper cut out in squares on the wall in the bathroom with looks to be mold or stains. "The door sweep was broken off on the bottom of the door so there was a decent gap for rodents to fit under. The ac did not cool properly. The toilet did not flush completely and the bath tub had a steady drip."

"It was a nice stay, but the pool was closed. I was told it has been closed for a while and no one has come to fix it. I was told that they zip tie the doors open during the day because all of the readers are broken. Other than that it was a good stay."

"Everything was great except for the 150.00 you have to pay extra if you’re from the surrounding area. Breakfast was great and very clean, The ATM didn’t work on the property so I had to leave go get cash from Walmart and go back 104 degrees outside on the 4th, but I was patient about the whole situation!!!!!"
