"I was not aware of the $45 dollar charge per dog. The attendant said “it’s because you booked through Expedia.” Well? So, was I penalized for booking through Expedia which gave a $99 price for the room. My $99 dollar room became a $189 dollar room. Probably would have booked somewhere else for $25 pet fees that were stated upfront! 2-10 year old dogs weighing 15 lbs each. Really? Poor!"

"We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly."

"This place has it all. Clean comfortable lodging. The cabin was well equipped with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The owner was available in case you needed something. And of course, the most important part was security kitty. Easy to get to Helen, Clayton, and downtown Clarkesville from the cabin location. 10 out of 10 would recommend."

"The tubs in our rooms were not clean , carpet had red stains on it looked to be like blood office staff said it was paint but yet there was nothing in the hotel or in the rooms that was painted red. Would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. The construction workers hung out in the parking lot drinking beer felt very unsafe going to and from the car. Pool was out of order. Had we known all this we would have stayed elsewhere. The so-called Continental breakfast was poorly...
