"Breakfast was extremely basic. Check in was a little stressful because we were coming from out of town and they close the office at 9:00. Fortunately they accommodated and stayed open for us. Room was small but Bed was comfortable."

"Very disappointing stay overall. The only positives were free parking and continental breakfast, but the breakfast options were minimal and most of the bagels and croissants were stale. The hotel also has very poor sound insulation as we could hear carts and people talking in the hallway throughout the night. The biggest issue was the staff and housekeeping. Front desk employees were not friendly or helpful, and when I asked for extra towels I was told I had to bring my dirty towels down to exchange them, which seemed unusual and inconvenient. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. I stayed three nights and the room wasn’t cleaned until the last night despite being told it would be done earlier. When I asked for an extra blanket and pillow, the housekeeper made it seem like a major inconvenience. Overall, the lack of helpful service, noise issues, and inconsistent housekeeping made this a frustrating stay. I would not stay here again."

"Decent stay, no closet in the room, comfortable bed, decent wifi, noisy during the afternoon due to being on El Camino but quiet in the evening. "
