"Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better. I booked a double double room for our family night away. Checked in and was given room 111 which was an unpleasant dark and cramped accessible room, windows were covered in frosted glass so you could not see out as it overlooked a utility courtyard. "Our stay was straightforward and the room was clean. The bar and restaurant were closed for a private event the night of our stay leaving us with very limited dining options. We found a takeaway restaurant down the street and were able to take our meals into a neighboring pub. Also, there was no hair dryer provided. The stay was fine but I don't think I would stay again. "

"Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again."

"The self check in is convenient however with check not until after 3pm we didn't arrive until after 4pm when it was dark. The house had very little lighting outside which was difficult to manage in. There's not many amenities for a dog friendly house, eg outdoor bins for waste, possibly a hose for cleaning the stones. "Really peaceful place to stay, there was everything we needed in the cottage, i had to ring the host as tv wasnt working for us and the host arrived in about 10 mins to sort out. Weather wasnt the best when we where there, so it was nice and cosy staying in. I would recommend this cottage as we where very comfortable there "
