"Our room was spotless,lovely and warm and quiet! The breakfasts( we stayed2 days) Were of a very high standard, and staff lovely! We atevin the bar on the fri night and food great value and beautiful! Would lovevto see the place busier as it really is Wee jewel."

"Lovely room with cracking view of the see. Parking very close and not far from town centre. Welcoming and friendly staff and good breakfast. Only thing I would mention was lack of storage in the room but we managed. Would stay again."

"Drumee Lodge is a beautiful property, in a picturesque location, close to the Mourne Mountains. The property is stunning and the hosts are fantastic. "I chose this spot for its proximity to Slieve Donard, it was so close.. way closer than I expected. I loved the location and how it’s nestled off to the side but still in town so you can walk. You are right on the water and there are paths everywhere to get you where you want to go. "

"Really peaceful place to stay, there was everything we needed in the cottage, i had to ring the host as tv wasnt working for us and the host arrived in about 10 mins to sort out. Weather wasnt the best when we where there, so it was nice and cosy staying in. I would recommend this cottage as we where very comfortable there "

"It was amazing. Surrounded by hills and the Mourne mountains and a view of the ocean in the distance. Woke up to cows in the front pasture and sheep in the back pasture each morning. So peaceful there. Cottage has everything one would need for a very pleasant stay."

"Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle."
