"We could not be happier with this hotel. We came during a heat wave so the air conditioning was amazing. The rooms were clean, the property was pristine and the staff were incredibly accommodating. Neighborhood is adorable and quaint and not loud at all at night. Highly recommend!"

"Creo que después de varios viajes a París me doy cuenta de que el concepto de hotel 4 estrellas es diferente , para mí es solo un 3 estrellas , el desayuno no es variado , baje a las 8:30 am y ya no había huevos revueltos , pedí que por favor me traigan y el primer día nadie me trajo nada y la máquina de café te sirve café a una temperatura media - baja . La habitación es amplia por ser Paris y la ubicación para mi excelente , los chicos de recepción muy amables ."

"Incredibly kind front of house staff. I arrived hours before check in and just asked if I can charge my phone and I’ll come back at the appropriate time. While I waited the staff checked if my room was ready and within 15 minutes I was already in my room. They also made sure I was carrying water when I was going out during a heat wave."

"La puerta corrediza del baño rechinaba mucho, había que dejarla abierta para evitar el ruido durante la noche, sería recomendable que la tina de baño esté un poquito más baja, para facilitar entrar a la ducha y evitar una caída. Al regresar al hotel para la segunda noche, no habían puesto toallas, las pedimos tres veces, las llevaron hasta que transcurrió una hora. Muy buena ubicación y desayuno. Hotel muy concurrido."

El personale gentil, solo un señor (de recepción) que al regresar de una salida, mi suegro me avisó que la televisión no encendía y al informarle al recepcionista en ese momento con una manera arrogante me respondió: “porque no me lo dijo esta mañana?” No entiendo cuál es el punto, se lo estaba informando en ese momento porque me lo dijo mi suegro, y aunque si tenía que comunicarlo antes creo que hay maneras de decir las cosas.
