"Great stay and a beautiful hotel overall. The property, rooms, and beach were all gorgeous, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious with a great selection. We especially appreciated that they offered nail services at the hotel too. We really needed it during our trip, so finding that there was a nail technician available made us very happy and was such a convenient touch. The beach was beautiful and peaceful, and the entire property had a very relaxing...

I knew going into it I’d have to wait for check in. The hotel did a great job at reaching out to me prior to landing and communicating with me. They did everything they could to accommodate this early arrival which we appreciated very much. I got in my room around 9:30AM. The man at the front desk was very helpful with getting us taxis...

"Well located…seemingly the best location/hotel on that beach…well maintained loungers and good service… Helpful staff…good breakfast buffet… If you like espresso varieties of coffee, don’t bother with their free coffee machine, just pay at the bar for decent espresso"

"The room was very nice and clean the staff friendly. The only issue was the restaurant Teatro was hit or miss. Food was fine, sometimes only warm, but service was sporadic. Sometimes friendly sometimes not attentive. We didn’t understand why they asked us our room number. It only confused us because we thought they wanted to charge the room. But that wasn’t the case which was fine because we wanted to pay cash. Just didn’t understand why they needed that."
