"Hotel is walkable to dining, shopping as well as train & bus stations. We didn’t have a car. Hotel has a few bicycles for use. We rode to Ross Castle and the Natl Park adjacent. Staff at hotel is excellent. Very helpful and courteous. They even went outside to help with the bikes. Definitely an upscale feel to hotel and we were treated nicely even though we’re more common. Superb staff who just wanted to make you feel like you didn't need to worry about anything and at every turn there was someone there to help.
Staying at this location perfect and you feel at home and like a sense of family. Unmatched customer service. Great food, great workout facilities and sauna. I can't say anything bad about this lace but I could talk for days about how GLORIOUS this place is. Thanks you so much. We thank you!"

"Room was pretty dated, room had one double bed and a twin bed as opposed to just having a Queen or King bed, which crammed the room, less space to move. Also shower was pretty dated, like stepping into a bath tub to take a shower, and very little space for moving in the shower. On top of it, room AC didn't work, and we realized it in the middle of the night when we weren't able to sleep and woke up feeling hot. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, not worth the money, its a waste...

"The rooms were clean, the concierge was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast at the Fairview Boutique Hotel (associated business) was good but not included. (Bed, breakfast optional?)
I wish we would’ve stayed at the Fairview itself. The Copper Kettle was extremely tight fitting, mattresses extra firm, walls and floors quite thin. Convenient location to the car park and walking distance to what the town center has to offer."
