"The pools are amazing. Spa services excellent and spa staff too. Front desk staff is a bit casual and slow. Property needs new carpets for sure. Everything else is awesome. Rooms are comfortable and clean."

"The property is beautiful — well-maintained grounds, two lovely pool areas, and nicely updated rooms. You can tell there’s real potential under the new ownership. I was expecting a family-friendly environment, but not for the owner’s kids to be the only children on the property and taking center stage. They weren’t misbehaving, just being kids — a bit loud ,crying and leaving small messes — while the owners and their friends played pool basketball and chatted loudly as other guests were quietly relaxing. It disrupted what could have been a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it’s a gorgeous property with a lot of promise, but the hospitality and guest awareness From the owners need some fine-tuning before it truly meets Palm Springs standards but the staff was great ! "
