"Super relaxing and in the middle of the forest…. Parking was annoying, as I had to park the furthest away from my room as possible when I had a hot tune suite on the 1st floor. Our room only had 2 towels in it, for a 4 person reservation in a suite with a private hot tub on the balcony, and when I called the front desk for more towels inwas told I could walk up to registeration desk for more towels, or wait until the morning when the house keeps arrived at 10am. I took the 2 towels they had at the front desk I hike up to inthe pouring rain, and no one Ever came after 19am the next day to give us dry towels…. I would expect a hot tub suite that is booked for 4 people would have more than 2 towels in the room…. at the very minimum enough clean towels to give hotel guests if needed…. Besides not having enoigh towels jn our room or when we called the front desk for more, it was an amazing time…. The 2 people working the front desk on Christmas were amazing and beyond friendly , despite not having enough dry towels for our room….. I will definitely be going back….. and I’ll just make an extra note to have our room stocked with enough towels for our hot tub suite!!! "
"Very neat place to stay. Grounds are beautiful and the hotel is in a great shape considering 100+years old. Got a corner room by the water fall to the Columbia River and it was spectacular. Wish the weather was bit nicer for a clearer view of the river and the fall. Sound created by the fall was very soothing. Bar was nice. Staffs were friendly and would stay at the hotel again!!"
