Hotel Butik di Mt. Hood - Columbia River Gorge

"I don't want to give a bad review. This is one of my favorite places to stay. I routinely book here. My experience wasn't great this time around. I was placed in the wrong room, appears my room was given to someone else. Anyone that books here knows room selection is key. The room I was given was nice and clean, the TV worked one day but not the next. Staff is always great, rooms are clean and city is friendly and welcoming. I will return and stay again."

"Solid place to stay. Close to public transport and lots of things to do and shopping nearby. Vallet parking quite expensive. Definitely do not upgrade your room if they offer, it wasn’t worth the extra $10 a night they quoted me when I arrived to check in. They said I’d get a king size bed on the top floor and that bed was definitely a queen, which is what I had originally booked anyway. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. "No hot water. Holes in the wall inside room. Bed headboard was coming apart. Hotel hallway had an awful smell. Not all the lights in the room worked. Overall the room was very run down and old. "

"At arrival we weren’t notified of any amenities or the breakfast time or parking pass needed. The bathroom wasn’t dirty per se but there was hair from the previous people at the tub and round the toilet seat. The room itself was very nice with a great view. "
