Clear instructions regarding access, proactive guidance about the steep driveway (with helpful tips), and responsive email communication made arrival seamless and expectations well managed. "I booked this place even though it was a little dearer than Waiheke Resort next door, because the other place had a few bad reviews about check-in only being open between 2-4pm etc, and the bar was closed early etc. So we rocked up at nearly 4pm to check in, and wow it’s the same place!! "
