"First the pro - the idea of this resort, individual villas, is good. Now the cons: - The staff had no idea that I was arriving. After 20 minutes of inaction and repeated study of my booking receipt (on my iPhone), they said they would take 15 minutes to make up my room (confirmed by Max on the phone as the more expensive Deluxe Villa). 30 minutes later, they tried to put me in a Superior Villa. "Chiang Rai Make Me See Cloud… stole my heart with its serene landscapes and warm hospitality by Mr Ping (Property Owner) Scenic landscapes and natural beauty left me breathless. The rolling hills, lush greenery, and serene atmosphere made my stay truly unforgettable…. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with full amenities. I especially appreciated the powerful hair dryer (not the usual kind that takes forever!). The owner is warm and sincere, making guests feel genuinely welcome. Friendly pets, including dogs and cats, added to the charm of the place. A special highlight was being able to pluck and enjoy fresh longan fruit right on the spot—such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!"
