"Very characterful room, staff were most welcoming and made a lovely fuss of our little dog , as well as giving him a sausage at breakfast time. Nice to have a bath too. Excellent value for money, will stay again."

"Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay.
The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty.
Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world!
Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

"this is our 3rd time here, and we have already booked to stay in a couple weeks time, excellent staff, who are friendly and approachable, Karl on reception is fantastic! lovely pool are, and great distance to the waterfront and shopping centre."

"Nothing unique, just a well run pleasant hotel.
It's in an business estate that's empty at night,so it's very quiet, but no pubs or shops nearby but plenty in town"

"I have travelled extensively both with work and leisure and have to say that this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Excellent property, quiet and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff and a very good (and scenic) restaurant.
I shall return......!"
