Our room was not overly clean, the 2nd bedroom mattress cover was Grotty and both beds were unmade. Had to make them ourselves. There was “hair “ in the toaster, and I went to have a shower after being out all day and half way through my shower the water went cold. My other friends couldn’t have a shower. Absolute disappointment to a good couple of days. I feel because I booked through a booking agency and not direct that we were given a less than adequate accommodation

A comfortable stay. Our cabin was large, clean, a nice balcony right next to the pool. public clothes washing facilities were very clean. Just a note. If you have children, there is very little play equipment, but that was not an issue for us.

Our cabin was supposed to be Delux. It certainly didn't feel that way. The bedroom door wouldn't stay shut, no matter how hard we tried and no matter what we did. The kitchenette could have been equipped better. Except for plates, cuttlery and cups/glasses, there was only one pot and one pan + some basic utensils. Other than that, the pool in the park was good, very refreshing. The park was quiet and the kids loved the play/ entertainment room.

Cabin needs updating. Every step is heard, cold draft coming from around dishwasher, mould starting to show in bathroom. Cabin was clean and tidy but for the price paid for booking it’s well past it’s used by date. Tried contacting office the few days prior to stay to no avail, message through Wotif never responded to.
