Yes, my booking was non-refundable, but would have thought Expedia or Radisson Blu could have made an exception or offered a discount, due to matters beyond my control. Otherwise, room was fine and location and breakfast buffet great."

"Best spa in Switzerland, perhpas in Europe. Our front desk agent, Daria, was very courteous and warm and made our stay extra comfortable. All the amenities, food, comfy bed, and blend with nature and hiking options made our stay truly relaxing. Will plan to come back for sure."

"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "
