They welcomed The guest with Mozart chocolate. The staff is super friendly and assisted in each and every way. I was new to Salzburg and the staff helped me to plan my tour at Salzburg. One thing they should improve is, alarm calls in the morning which they completely forgot about.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I love that I was able to check in early for a small fee (but if not, they also let you get a locker for 4 EURO) They put me on the 7th floor which offered an amazing view of the mountains in the morning. This place is great if you are doing the OG Sound of Music Tour as the meeting point is only a few minutes walk. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was great. Wonderful stay and we would stay again if back in Salzburg!
