"The staff was really friendly and welcoming. I was able to check in early, which was nice. The parking was great and I liked that there were cameras in the lot it. Made me feel more secure.
The room itself looked clean, but there were a few issues. I noticed tiny spiders in the bathroom, the toilet was a little loose from the floor, and there weren’t any blankets on the bed—only the fitted sheets. I actually had to go out and buy a blanket, which was unexpected.
It was okay for a one night...

"The location is on The pacific hwy which is a catch-22. Lots of traffic noise- but great location near old town and the trolley. Our room was surprisingly quiet for how close to the road it was.
The front staff was not too informed about the bus and trolley system just steps away from their hotel.
Over all we we will stay there again if in San Diego!"

"The room I was assigned had a dirty bathroom. The shower and toilet seat area had hair. I repacked my things and went downstairs to ask for another room. The second room was better for my short wknd stay. The fire pit area was a nice place to enjoy my drink and conversations with others staying. The walk in the morning to Starbucks is short and easy and the free breakfast and coffee in the morning was convenient. It was great staying here, would stay again."

"The place is good for its value.
1. Check in staff is ok. Check out staff is more friendly and pleasant.
2. Room is ok. Just a normal older decor, but clean.
3. Breakfast is ok. Have everything, but simple.
4. Used the gym which was nice. Small, but all all the equipment and weights. Laundry is located in a room inside the gym.
5. Hot tube fits 5 people only. Didnt get to use it because it was full.
6. Location is right next to the freeway. You can hear a bit of the noise if your room is...
