"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring...

"The Dead Sea Marriott is a beautiful well designed resort. I came here with with my elderly parents and my Mom is disabled, We had no problem moving around the resort (except for the beach area). I only wish they would install one of those hydraulic chairs to help disabled people get into the pools. Overall I love this place and would definitely come back."

The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Great value for the price, excellent service, and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba!"
