"A great place for tourists! Clean, nice, and near public transport. Coming from the U.S., it was hard to get used to the warmth indoors and while waiting for the often busy elevators, but those were honestly the only complaints!"
"We stayed here as a family of four. The room was tight but still had enough storage that we were able to make it work. Lovely bathroom. Tea in room but no coffee (though free coffee available in lobby). Good location, walkable to trains, nearby temple, restaurants, and Skytree. The real star of this hotel is the complementary breakfast, with both Western and Japanese options available. Unlimited drinks, and miso soup plus a fantastic spread that the adults and children loved. Kimonos provided for adults during the stay too."
"Great location and friendly staff. Nice view of the Skytree and Asakusa city. It’s very close to Donquijote, Diaso, Uniqlo, Daiso and many other great stores. The premier breakfast is a great hit. Lots of delicious food from American to Asian. My family would consider to go back to this hotel again."
