"The hotel reception couldn't give us the room we had booked, but gave us a room without a mountain view without saying anything. When I pointed this out they said that the building with such rooms is undergoing renovations and is not ready yet. Yet the hotel had that option bookable! In other words, ..."

"Reception was helpful in arranging a guide for hiking around Mulanje, but does not take responsibility for the guides or hikes.
