"Upon arrival at 6:45 PM, was given key to a room that was never cleaned, still had trash & bedding not changed/made. Since it was only "suite" left, were given option to wait in regular 2 queen room while they cleaned the suite. They offered to take $20 off a non suite room, but that made no sense."

"The person at check in counter was on her cellphone the whole time of check in. Couldn't tell who she was talking to most of the time. She also charged for the room a second time even though it had already been paid for online. Not focused on her job too busy carrying on conversation on the cellphone. "

"The hotel is currently being renovated so there is dust everywhere and some of the amenities were not accessible, e.g., business center, ice machine. We were in one of the renovated rooms and the bedside lights did not work. I'm guessing the experience would have been nicer had the renovations had already been completed."

"Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat"

"It was our 4th or 5th time staying at this property. We always come back because it is clean, good staff, and breakfast. If it had a hot-tub it would be perfect."

"Dirty, appliances falling apart. Door wouldn’t lock completely, hair in sink and bathtub. Just disgusting overall."

"The location is kind of awkward. I had pre-registered online which didn’t mean a thing once I got there I had to pay a $50 hotel fee that supposedly someday I will get back. The breakfast was bare. Basics in the room was just as basic definitely would would not go back"

"You get what you pay for. The staff was very kind and helpful and the sheets were clean, but the floor and walls in the room were damaged, and everything looked so run down and dingy I couldn't feel confident that things were actually clean. The mattress was also hard as a rock! Just drop a few more dollars to stay somewhere else, if you can."
