I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were not as described at all and felt misleading compared to what was advertised. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any proper rest.
We were a group of four families, each with four children, and we had booked four family rooms in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were not enough family rooms available, and as a result, two of the families were forced to be separated, which was completely unacceptable and very stressful, especially when traveling with children.
On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful, showing little concern for the situation or for fixing the problem. Overall, we were not happy at all with our stay and felt the hotel did not deliver what was promised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.
