"Room smelled so good. Bed was so comfortable and clean. Staff were welcoming and assisted with everything. I arrived at 2.30am in the morning and had to wake the manager up but he was very kind snd helpful even then."

"My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂"

It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. "I had very bad experience with the check inn, I have been allotted a downgraded room and they did not even bother to apologise. I demanded a compensation but they thought iam begging, so sad.
I paid full room rent with extra bed with Expedia but it did not reflect there
Had a tough time
But the property is really amazing. I wish I could have been tested better"
