"Roomy"

"This property is a gem.The place is meticulous with well maintained yard .The rooms quite modern and clean, would be nice to have toilet brushes in case of accidents. The food nicely cooked and delicious. Free parking just by the hotel yard. The staff were very helpful"

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. "This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"Suggest Chang towel every day."

"Clean facilities"

"Room is clean, front desk staff is friendly."

"All good"

"It was lovely! If you are staying longer plan some entertainment to connect to tv!"

"A nice room for the price paid, nothing terrible and nothing overly special. Staff friendly and attentive for the brief interactions we had. Happy hour in the bar a nice addition. Didn't eat there so can't rate the restaurant. Overall a solid 4/5."

"The serenity of the place was amazing, the views of the golf course, nature and wildlife was incredible"

"Large clean apartments"

"Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."

"This is my go to stay when travelling to Melbourne. Quiet, clean and convenient. Check in was easy and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful."
