"The room was ok. Walls were gross tho, lots of residue splatter on them. We bought our own cleaner to ensure the jacuzzi tub was clean before we used it. The bathroom was ok. "Everything was great. Room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was fully stocked with real dishes/glassware and cutlery. Breakfast buffet was standard but certainly lots of choices. The lid of the steamer for the hash brown patties was left open (as per the sign) but that meant they were cold when I ate them. Also on our floor you could get snacks from a vending machine but had to go to a different floor for a drink vending machine. I never saw ice. "

"Great location for restaurants and coffee shops, the morning breakfast was more than enough. Close access to the 400 which makes it easier for an out of towner not used to Barrie. I would stay again but ask for a room away from the parking lot."

"Can't beat the price. The hotel and rooms seemed very clean. No parking fees, close to the highway. Front staff were very kind and patient. I would definitely stay here again. Reasons I didn't give 5 star rating We were told at check in that breakfast started at 6am. Next morning at 6 we went down and the front desk said it doesn't start until 7, but the vouchers they give you say breakfast starts at 6. "The room and especially the bathroom, specifically the tub was very clean. The bed quite comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and quite good."

"We were unable to check-in right away when we arrived. We were early by 25 minutes, but had to wait 45 to get a room. They did upgrade us at that time. The room was good, but had a very strong chlorine smell that never dissipated. The room was quiet. A good breakfast was included. The area did have a few sketchy characters, but was convenient to shopping, the movie theatre, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly."

"Very good stay. Clean room with all necessities. Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located. Met all our needs for a reasonable price. The hot breakfast did not look appealing but it was complimentary so you can’t really complain. Overall good value for your money. I would stay there again. "

"Front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. With the inn right off the busy highway it was still quite clean. I was surprised upon opening the door to my room! It was so spacious, clean and inviting I will stay here again and so should you The restaurant, Kim’s, is right on the property too. Go there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and you don’t leave still hungry."

"Great room and clean. Certain rooms are pet friendly and that was helpful for us since we brought our dog. They charged $50+ tax as a fee to bring the dog with us which is a bit on the higher side. They have a bit of a walking area to walk your dog around the building but their park is under repair due to safety concerns. It would be great if they had a fenced off area for dogs to use to run around since there are a lot of dogs staying there. It was also difficult to find coffee. A coffee...
