"Staff was amazing. Room was clean and nice, the pool was unavailable but they worked with a hotel across the street so that we could go and swim at that one for free. Room was nice but the blinds did not shut. "

"The hotub/water park were not open. I put in the filter for a hottub. If it was closed Tundra lodge should tell Expedia. Also I paid $130 for the room. At check in there was an additional $30 and $40 charge. I wish this was told in the reservation. I went to the restaurant since there was no hottub and wanted wings, they were out. I ordered a drink which was mediocre. I paid $200 for a bed so I figured I could enjoy a nice shower and comfy bed. The bathroom was not the cleanest so I didn't even get a shower, and the bed was not comfy. I am not one to write bad reviews but I do NOT recommend this place. Expedia did reach out to the lodge with no response and that has been over a week. I would say go to the Hampton and you can get a clean room, hottub, and comfy beds and buy a day pass to the Tundra waterpark. "

"Clean Room, but missed food/coffee spots on wall near desk. Did not eat there, but food prices were very high in Chophouse (one item over $100). I was sandwiched on 3rd floor and had guest hammering below me later in the evening, with a heavy-footed person above me the next morning. Obviously, not enough soundproofing/concrete between floors, with low ceilings. My room was also literally the first door in hallway right next to elevator. Water in room has $5 charge, and while a small card on coffee station notes that, is in very fine print. TV and microwave also not easily usable or re-set. Although newer and convenient, will not stay here in the future."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were great and helpful and the property was nice and clean. They do not have a full restaurant, but there are plenty of restaurant options that are close by. I would come back again the next time I visit the area"
