Clean and comfortable
Unfortunately, after booking directly with them, they forgot to pick me up at the airport. Mumbai is one of the most hectic, crowed, polluted, insane cities in the world, and after a long trip, you definitely don’t want to deal with the madness of finding a taxi. They apologized and gave me a complimentary early check in. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The service is adequate. The breakfast is nice and the Executive Chef will go out of his way to be sure you are satisfied with you eggs Benedicte. It is a good 4-star hotel, and I will stay there again.

Except they denied my vip privileges at checking in , such as food discount and room upgrade . Also late room service delivery , everything else was good , and i will come back again , hoping to see improvement .

The friendly staff was the best part of my stay. Decent property and clean rooms. However, the staff go above and beyond to make the experience even more pleasant and awesome! The stay at the restaurant were superb and their service was excellent!

I had a great stay in this Radisson Andheri Hotel where the staff was very professional and friendly, in particular Mrs Mansi from the housekeeping and Mr Rana from the Restaurant. Great! But, can do better!
The stay was comfortable. A couple of pointers, though: 1) the elevators open into the dining area, and so carry foul odors. Air fresheners can be used in elevators. 2) the gym could be a little more cleaner. Because of not being used regularly, dust accumulation on the equipment is prominently visible.

Sent to Hotel, no reply, Just a few pointers on my recent stay at your Hotel. As mentioned before the notice of the pool being closed from 26th to 29th was sent to me on the 27th and the hole reason for us staying was to relax by the pool on 29th but during the day we noticed a lot of decoration works going around in the lobby and then the rear room and to our surprise the pool area which to me meant this possible closure was for the party? As a little surprised to why the pool would be closed during a busy period. And we should have been told that there was going to be a party as the Loud music went on till Midnight. My room was to have been a superior room well sorry to say it was not to the standard I expected specially after staying at the Radisson Blue in Ahamdabad the night before. The room was dusty and this was only noticed after the first night as suffer from asthma and it was playing up dieting the night. I did mention this at reception and requested for a good clean up for which they did but this should have been checked by housekeeping before the room was let. I also told reception to change the hair dryer as I got a electric shock from the loose connection from the plug. Again this should have been a regular check specially being near the basin and water. There where other minor matters but the stay was to have been the final part of my stay in India and sorry to say it did not live to my expatiation. Breakfast and staff where wonderful.

The reception staff was clueless for the most part. They couldn't figure out our reservation, ID or means of payment. The hotel has a eye wash security set up outside the main door. Only men are required to go through it. I don't understand the rationale if dangerous goods can be sent in with women. The bathrooms are dated and could use some upgrading. Definitely not worth the premium price. Breakfast spread was above average.

In-room dining was poor to put it mildly. Starting from the person taking the order to the quality and taste of food itself. The room initially given has access issue - was given another room where the view was not what was initially offered.

Radisson Andheri is a very good place to stay in mumbai, it's just 10-12 min drive form the airport. The hotel is very clean and newly built. The staff is also very friendly, special shout out to Mrunali, she is the event coordinator at the hotel, i had a small family event and she was very helpful. She went above and beyond in making sure we had a good and successful event during covid and following all the covid guidelines.

Comfortable but inadequate staff
Though it's a good hotel but on Sunday we find it over crowded. Therefore very limited staff was facilitated by the hotel. House keeping staff was arriving on call not before 1 hr & 3 reminder calls. Food is too costly unnecessarily as compared to quality.

wonderful place ... all was good except it was just little off the main attractions... near to the airport but but far away from linking road,juhu beach and all such places but if you look at the cost it's just worth the cost ... just a bit away ... take a cab and you are done ... rest all fabulous specially breakfast

Very homophobic!!
We were very uncomfortable at this hotel, the check in clerk made a huge deal over the fact two guys were staying in a room with only one bed. We finally said “do you have a problem with it” he stumbled out a no and gave us the room cards. Everything we walked thru the lobby all eyes were on us. Around 9pm we decided we were both so uncomfortable that we checked out at left and went to a Marriott hotel where they were so friendly and welcoming! I will be writing to Radisson and informing them of how their staff treats people. If you aren’t Indian or straight avoid this hotel!!
