Es ist ein wirklich schönes sauberes modernes Hotel/Zimmer. Schwierig ist es allerdings in das Hotel zu kommen. Mit der Codevergabe funktioniert nur über Handy. Keine Schlüsselkarte. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht.Auch Parkplätze sind äußerst schwierig zu finden.

Location in a lively area but still away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. UBahn within 5 min walk, good food options in the area. Would not recommend it in the warmer months, since there’s no AC and the ventilator in the room is mediocre. Bathroom emitted a bad smell.

Nice but no thanks

The apartment itself is modern and well equipped. I did not realise it is without any staff ant any time and getting into the apartment with slow and not very customer friendly access terminals made it challenging and breakfast in a cafe as a voucher not clearly communicated and not sufficient for a full breakfast. Various other points I communicated via whats app with their AI or a person, ultimately nice words but no help - unfortunately not my type going forward.

Average stay, lack of service or customer focus

Room was quiet, clean, with good WiFi. However not that comfortable - awkward layout so you have to step over things, no blackout blinds so you’ll be woken up at sunrise. They only gave us ONE extremely thin unsupportive pillow each. We had to call 3 times on day 2 to get more. There is basically no service to speak of, it’s all contactless but one of the check in terminals didn’t work properly and instructions weren’t clear. Their web assist / app wasn’t helpful as missing crucial info about check out. I asked for restaurant recommendations and they replied giving me ONE restaurant - in a city of thousands of restaurants I was shocked that that’s all they could come up with!? Neighbourhood itself is ok but very far from the old town. These kinds of places with everything automated need to execute much better otherwise they just feel like poor value.

I have stayed in dozens of hotels over the course of years, and this was by far the worst. After the first night and waking up in the morning I discovered live cockroaches crawling across the kitchen table - an absolute health hazard. The Internet wasn’t working during my entire stay, despite repeated assurances from their online support. Anything they say will turn into empty promises even after sending them live videos and pictures of the roaches, they were not sorry about the fact and did nothing but saying “It’s a little roach that won’t harm me”. Really?! Communication with staff was a nightmare. Every request was met with excuses and deflections. And as you may guess, they don’t actually have maintenance people or check in desk at this apart-hotel. They feed you false promises from the moment you step through the door and then do nothing to follow through. If you value your health, safety, or sanity, look elsewhere. The location is off the beaten path, miles from any attractions, restaurants, or public transport. You’ll spend more time and money just getting back into civilization than you save by booking here. Worst hotel experience in a decade—avoid at all costs.

Terrible! Just a bad idea… it’s like going to Motel one minus the bar and all the comfort of having a front desk… Be aware… not all rooms have save-boxes. Not heated floors, no cleaning or towel exchange… all that costs money… so … you wake up and leave… your bed will never be made by room service. Cause there is non! It’s like a hostile with the price tag of a 4 star hotel! Bad idea! You don’t get a card by default and thus you are the Mercy of your phone battery to (enter the property, call the elevator, enter your room….) it was not funny to stand every night infront of the property with bunch of other guests trying to get into our building. We all had the same number but the door never opened… having to split and send search parties to allow you into the property via the back door feels all too cumbersome for a holiday.

Flott liten comfy leilighet ved Hohenzollernplatz U-bahn stasjon, bare 4 håldeplasser fra Hauptbahnhof. Stille og rolig strøk. Ingen resepsjon - innlogging med smartphone, kode for inngangsdør, heis og dør til leilighet. For oss fungerte det, men… Men trivelig å bo i en lokal bydel.
