Unfortunately didn’t enjoy our stay here. Everything seemed an issue. As a Melia Gold account holder, a lot of rewards were held back. Tried charging me €10 per hour for early check-in. When challenged it was cos I booked via Expedia not direct. Booked Sauna for 5pm (the sauna operates from 5-11pm), went down at 5pm and it wasn’t on. Had to call someone and wait for it to warm up, not ideal when on a tight holiday schedule. Booked an extra night prior to my stay, messaged but received no reply, eventually phone to sort. However they only extended 1 room not two. A bit of faffing about, had to check in and out on two bookings but stayed in the same room although the bed sheets were not changed, water replaced, shower gel not topped up. All seemed a bit pointless. Unlikely to recommend this hotel or stay here again. NOT A MELIA STANDARD.
