"This is a beautiful high-end hotel. There were expensive luxury cars parked outside and dropping guests off all the time. Most guests looked like a million bucks! When we arrived after an overnight flight from Toronto, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our room was ready and that we had received a complementary room upgrade.
