The property was well priced, very near all Key areas of Munich, with helpful staff, good cleanliness and amenities. No breakfast per see but have on site bakery which has a good range and is very reasonable. Enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel was central to downtown Munich and Oktoberfest. Walking was very convenient to both locations. The facility is very clean and enjoyed having a bakery that was attached to the lobby.

I received a warm welcome immediately by Alicia who showed me around the beautiful property. The location is within walking distance to Marienplatz. The room is comfortable and very clean. There’s a bakery on site and a complimentary coffee/tea bar which was a bonus!

It was a fine hotel for a no fuss stay in Munich. The hotel is close to downtown. The free coffee in the lobby was much appreciated.

The hotel was perfect for a single traveler. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The single room in which I stayed was small which is to be expected in European hotels. Although breakfast was not included, there was coffee available and a delightful bakery attached laundry facilities are available. Very close to public transportation but the central area of the old town was very easy to access walking. Extremely reasonably priced.

Both the air conditioner and oil heater were broken, making it cold. There were few rooms available to change rooms because it was the larger one. The location is good, just a short walk to the U station, and one stop from the U station to the central station and Marienplatz. The room size was sufficient, and it was very clean. Although it's on a main road, I didn't notice any noise. There's no breakfast service, but the free coffee was a nice touch. The indoor parking lot has good security, but there are many pillars, so it would be difficult for large vehicles. I parked a C-segment hatchback.

Nice and clean hotel, staff is friendly and willing to help, I do recommend this hotel, is very close to many shops, restaurants, museums, historical places and close to downtown of Munich and close to subway, tram and bus( public transport)

The review score on Expedia is very misleading. I suspect there are fake reviews. This property was terrible. Rooms are old and worn. We could barely get in the shower as the shower doors would hit the sink or the toilet. Cheap toilet paper, not that nice of bedding. We only had bedding for one and had to ask twice for another pillow and blanket. One front staff member was lovely and very helpful. The location is fantastic, but we really didnt enjoy being there. Found a disturbing looking bug in the bathroom. Not a roach. This is not a 9.2 or whatever hotel. Id avoid it.
