The first night experience was very bad, I checked in after 10pm and the room assigned to me was hot because the air-condition was not working and a lot of noises from the bar two levels below my room were heard because one of the windows is faulty (can not be closed). Although the front counter staff offered me a fan, free breakfast and free wifi immediately (the hotel was fully booked), I was disappointed and started to explore to stay in other hotel for the next two nights. I changed my mind after the general manager Mr Becker met me in the early morning next day. He explained that the air-condition was working but not as effectively as expected because of the high temperature in Munich (about 33 degree). He not only offered sincere apology but also had great service recovery plan. I was very impressed and it turned out to have the best experience staying there. If you visit munich, choosing NH Unterhaching will never go wrong, If something went wrong unexpectedly, Mr Becker and his team are always ready to help you and your satisfaction is guaranteed. By the way, the hotel room is very big and clean with almost everything you expect from quality hotels.

Super fint

Vi havde 1 overnatning inden vi skulle videre sydpå til Kroatien. Overnatningen fungerede rigtig godt, og den ekstra opredning var klargjort til os da vi ankom. Sovesofaen i stuen var en smule hård, men ellers var lejligheden opbygget virkelig godt, hvor soveværelset og stuen seperat havde adgang til toiletter, så man ikke vækkede dem der lå i det andet rum.

Location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast were great, the rooms however had major problems with poorly sealing balcony doors that allow cold air and traffic noise from the adjacent traffic circle to enter the units we occupied. The first junior suite we were allocated had large gaps around the balcony doors and tilting window in the bedroom. The noise from cars and trucks outside was very perceptible and the room was drafty. The second unit was a little better noise-wise with a quieter bedroom, but the balcony door in the living room area didn't seal well and we had to prop a chair against it to reduce air and noise leakage. The suite was very cold because the thermostat didn't work. When we pointed this out, we were offered a plug in heater and/or blankets. The unit was still very cold in the morning which made showering an unpleasant experience. The staff were friendly and cooperative but unable to really help with the technical problems. Our underground parking was refunded and we were given a free breakfast voucher for future use which was really nice but didn't avert the fact that we had a pretty bad experience at this hotel.

Schöne moderne Unterkunft. Die S-Bahn Station erreicht man in weniger als 5 Gehminuten und ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Zentrum von München. Wir waren in allen Punkten sehr zufrieden mit unseren Aufenthalt. Preis Leistung stimmt hier noch.
