"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

"Je suis resté deux nuits à l'hôtel. La première fut quelque peu difficile, alors que ma chambre au deuxième étage donnait directement sur la rue où circulent sans arrêt des véhicules. Ayant le sommeil léger, il m'était difficile de dormir avec le bruit même en ayant des bouchons dans les oreilles. "Can't have a better location than this! The hotel is located right on the main square in front of the cathedral. The restaurant has a balcony that overlooks the square/plaza and provides beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was great, and if you need a break from it all, you can make your way back for a sweet treat or full meal later in the day. All the great points of interest were within walking distance, and the staff was very helpful- definitely would stay here again."

"The Union Hotel in Cusco is a beautiful, charming boutique hotel. It has an old Spanish-style feel, and the rooms were very clean and cozy. Each morning, we were delighted by the lovely breakfast spread and the wonderful team working there. There is also a cute baby alpaca named Kiki, and we enjoyed feeding her."
