"I do not normally write reviews and especially not bad ones but in this case, I feel obligated to warn potential travelers. If you have ANY sort of problem there is no one to help you. We arrived before 9pm and were not able to access our room until 10:15pm. Finally someone responded to the multiple messages, phone calls and emails. There was no regret or apology. "We were very happy with the location and majority of amentities. We did not see a thermostat, which would have been helpful during the heat wave, but the temperature was bearable at whatever the standard setting was. The couch had stains on it which was in contrast of how pristine and beautiful the rest of the accommodation was.
