"Nice light airy spacious spotless quiet one bedroom apartment on 5th floor with partial view of cathedral. Ideal for our party of 3 with 3rd person sleeping on comfortable sofabed in living room. Had outdoor terrace which we didn't use as it was December. Christmas markets and historical central sights all within 10 minute walk and only 15 minute walk to train station. "The apartment need more cleaning and during our stay the shower sink in not draining. Also the toilet is separate from the bathroom shower The location is perfect "

"The property was not clean. In particular the shower had black mould. There were stains on the window cills. There was a loose socket in the bedroom, But most of all the cleaning staff turned up 15 mins before we were due to check out and were rude and unpleasant. We left punctually at 11am as agreed and the cleaning staff promptly sat down and had their lunch in the apartment living room"
