"We took an Eco option on a 3 night stay, bad decision, it’s got little to do with sustainability and everything to do with cutting cost. Given what we paid, we were expecting something exclusive and high quality. Poor value for money. Rooms were a bit pokey and missing practicalities like USBs, vanity mirrors. Atmosphere was a bit dark and distant. I have paid a lot less and had much better experiences. Great location though, and can’t wait to comeback to Amsterdam. "

"Great welcome on arrival by friendly and helpful Adela, who explained about the hotel. Room was excellent, superb view overlooking the city, complimentary range of bathroom toiletries, coffee machine, great shower, comfy bed! Didn't get time to try the leisure facilities but looked good. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice. Highly recommend, would return."

"Overpriced hotel. For one night, check in 3:00pm and checkout 8:00am, $900.00 Canadian. Not worth it. If not for our river cruise only picking up from this hotel, we would have stayed at our first hotel we had been in for previous 4 nights at a third of the cost and LOVELY. Had we known, we would have not stayed at Hilton and made our way ourselves to cruise ship departure. Do not recommend at this price! Nothing special here and we travel quite a bit."

"I was worried about my windowless room but it was surprisingly undepressing. Staff were great. Cafe was great, although they were about to change the food menu so i can’t vouch for it now. Location is pretty walkable, but it depends on what you want to be close to. I loved that there were bikes for rent right at the hotel."

"A Unique Stay with a Cinematic Vibe If you’re looking for a cookie-cutter hotel, this isn't it! The aesthetic is fascinating—a striking Gothic style with corridors that feel like a high-end hospital ward straight off a movie set. While the atmosphere is a bit moody, the rooms themselves are impressively quiet and very spacious, providing a great sense of comfort. We also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast spread and generally good onsite facilities. There were a few technical hiccups...
