This was my second stay and loved it all over again, location is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will be back soon ❤️

This hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The lobby area is very lively. It did seem like it was far from the main tourist attractions but as we stayed when the shuttle was working it was fine and it drops you right by the ferry and the ferry drops you in a central area. The location was lovely but a far from Amsterdam with a taxi taking 20 mins. The rooms are very big and spacious.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. Room big and very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was really nice, good variety. 2min walk to Zaandam station only about 10 mins on train to Amsterdam Central, and about 25 mins from airport.

Close to train station and local supermarket. A nice quiet area to stay when visiting Amsterdam. Only a short 12 minute ride from the hotel to Amsterdam Centraal. Very large beds too.

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Very easy going accomodation, staff are very helpful ,no noise when we stayed.We did not have any issues , will stay again if back in Amsterdam(even though is not central , the bus stop is very close and gets you to the city centre in about 15/ 20 minutes

This hotel was just perfect for our 3 night city break. In a quiet area which is becoming the new up and coming place to be. Don't know about the night life there, we weren't interested. Fantastic hotel.10 minutes away from everything. Grab a 3 day travel card and you can use bus/tram/train/ferry. Bus no 22 takes you to and from hotel. Staff really polite and friendly. Hotel room clean.Theres funky art everywhere.Buffet breakfast was included,so that set you up for the day, dinner menu was limited,but we dinned in one night and the food was delicious. Great Hotel, Tram stop is right outside, so easy access to city centre, took about 10-15 mins. Staff were very helpful and rooms had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. 6 of us stayed in a three bedroom apartment and we were delighted. It is in an excellent location a 5 minute stroll from the train station, which is only one stop away from central Station. The apartment was spacious, in excellent condition and very clean. The hotel was located very close to the train and bus station in a nice quiet street. It was about a 10 minute walk to city centre. The hotel was nicely decorated, very very clean and a delight to stay in. Breakfast was good, dinner was on the small side but good. Hotel was great but given that it's a ferry ride away from the centre its a pain if you want to return in the day, or stay out after midnight.

We came to stay for 3 nights for a short break. Amazing from start to finish. Lovely receptionist and very helpful in terms of where we should visit etc. We even had a little treat left by Samira which was really appreciated - she was very helpful also! Deposit for the room returned swiftly after our stay! Not a busy location but easy transport into Central Amsterdam - took 6 minutes on the train which is a regular service! Would 10000% recommend and if we return this will be where we go.
