"The property is in a quiet new residential neighborhood just west of central. Initially I was a little concerned with distance to the city attractions but after 4 nights at The July, I can truthfully say the location was perfect for us. Still easily connected by a healthy walk, bike, tram/bus, free ferries or the occasional Uber, the quiet riverfront location was a great respite from central and had some very notable restaurants close by. Our 1 bedroom suite faced the river where we could watch...

"This is a great hotel, which I would thoroughly recommend"

"Very aesthetically pleasing, cosy and comfortable bedroom with a bathroom that has nothing to complain about. Highly rate the food as well !"

"Hotel is on a nive spot in A'dam Nord, great position from where you can go in all directions. Ferry to town within 3 minutes walking. Furthermore, room was clean, but very small, even bathroom very very small. When you are on the toilet your knees are against the sink. Amenities, not that good, it looks like a very poor brand, no smell at all. Restaurant downstairs in the hotel excellent!"

"L’endroit est bien situé, transport, restaurants, sites touristiques, etc. Le personnel est très accueillant et advenant"

"good vibes - nice pods - had a fantastic time there"

"The room size was exceeded expectations - even though they do not provide daily cleaning (bcs it is an apartment) the property's condition was well-kept"
