"Wir sind entsetzt über die Qualität der Unterkunft! Wir haben zwei identische Tiny Häuser gebucht, die aber komplett verschieden waren. Die Schlafplätze im Dach sind eine absolute Freiheit. Da passt noch nicht mal ein Kind rein und Sie geben es auf Ihrer Internetseite als Schlafplätze für zwei Personen an. Dort kann nicht mal eine Person aufrecht sitzen, mir fehlen die Worte. Außerdem stinken beide Häuser extrem widerlich nach nassem Hund. Jedes Möbelstück stinkt und das Betreiben der Heizung...

"Good hotel. Located in a quiet place. Room is clean and has all necessary facilities. This hotel doesn’t have elevator, therefore people with accessibility issues had better not stay here."

"Very helpful staff! I arrived between 4-5pm, and the front door was locked, I hadn’t received my digital keys so had to phone the property to access them, which took just a few minutes. The restaurant downstairs was still open and they happily assisted me on how to use the keys. The view was beautiful, and the breakfast was simple, yet enough. Fantastic location near Zaanse Schans, you just have to walk over the bridge! Perfect place to sit and people watch, and see the world go by. The station is about 10 minute walk & the whole town smells like chocolate, so it’s a pleasant journey! Check out is easy, you just put your keys in the box at the door. Would stay again for a simple & easy hotel stay!"

"The hotel is great by itself, yet they overcharge almost everything. They only have twin size bed, and charge 20 euro per night for a topper, they charged me 12 euro for a bottle of milk (normal price is less than 3 euro) and I have to buy three times at this price because I am travelling with a young kid, they also want to charge for baby crib, which is rare to see. The cakes selling the bar are leftovers and not good. There is bus to Amsterdam, but if you want to take a Taxi or Uber, it’s expensive, I was charged over 162 euros by a taxi from airport. Also, they don’t provide adapter (many good hotels can lend to customers) bought one at 18 Euro, I don’t respect people making money in this way. Not recommend. If you have other option, skip this one. Changing me 12 euro for a small bottle of milk is crazy."

"This was a hidden little gem I wish I had found on previous trips. The local vibe and location are awesome. I will say that the only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars was due to two things. The cleaning crew left their cleaning supplies on the counter, not a huge deal, however, the loud neighbors at 2, 3, 4 am were a little overboard. "

"It’s a slightly tired hotel and not very quiet , receptionist was rather abrupt several times … it’s my first time at the hotel it’s convenient and the security staff are one hundred times more pleasant and the omelette chef was a star ! Very nice chap indeed . I now know next time to book a deluxe room sadly booking a double meant I got twin beds …. And no chance of a topper for the second night . Lesson learned … room was super basic ."

"this property has a beautiful location. Staff is unfriendly. completely not trained in hospitality services. I you want to stay in a good location but dont care about minimalistic accomodations, smallest towels ever and unfriendly staff. this is your place. what a pity"
