"No ice machine and no ice from reception and when we asked for some tall glasses we were told no, we fon't have any. Then we asked for some small glasses and the hotel person demanded to see the cupboard (we showed them that a 2 bedroom apartment only had 3 small tumblers), I don't think they believed us. Then he produced 4 tall glasses."

"Stay was great! The only thing was when we checked-into the room there was an opened box of condoms in one of the drawers. Other than that the stay was lovely!"

"The pool , gym and sauna was excellent. The roof top bar was an added bonus. The reception staff were a little dismissive and when we tried to check in early just issued me with bag tags and sent me on my way . It would have been nice if they had taken a bit more time and checked me in so that all I had to do later was to come back. There was also a stain on the bedroom floor which was a bit disconcerting as I had signed up a no damage waiver, The safe was not working but this was rectified in a...
