"The room was Really spacious and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Great location had stayed here many times. One thing we have noticed no matter what time you arrive they will not let you check in till 3pm."

"Loved the room. Great kitchen set up and. Slept well in the bed. Easy commute from the hotel (its a 2 minute walk to the starion) via the train to go about the city, the tram and buses run next to the hotel as well. The bike rental price is fair. Didn't use the gym but its a responsible size and has decent amount of equipment to use. Would stay again."

"Attractive waterside location and easily accessible from Centraal Station using the 48 bus to Koivistokade (although there seemed to be nowhere to buy tickets for the return journey). Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped. The only problem I encountered was a system error relating to add-ons to the booking. Shortly before the stay I received a message offering a range of extras and chose the buffet breakfast but this request was not registered and I had to re-book breakfast on arrival with the help of the front desk staff. Around 10 hours after I checked out I received a further message stating " Breakfast Buffet is not available in the chosen set-up "."
